tama ka sa sinabi mo na mas lessen ang expenses kung in a group kayo, nagulat lang ako sa price ng kabayo rental nyo, kasi nung pumunta kami inaalok nila yung kabayo ng back and forth for only 450 pesos pag tumawad ka pwedeng 300 pesos.. so kami natawaran pa namin, naging 100 pesos na lang pero pababa lang yun..kasi ung binigay na price sa inyo ay pang mga turista pero pag lokal lang kayo ganun lang ang pricing..

medyo napamahal kayo, kagagaling lang din namin dyan. lima kami ng mga friends ko. ang expenses namin ay pump boat rental kasama ang jeep from peoples park to talisay batangas ay 1800 din tapos ang tour guide namin ay isa lang, sya rin yung driver ng boat namin we pay him 200 pesos then may entrance fee na 50 each head so 250, we decided na maglakad muna paakyat for real adventure, then pababa sumakay kami na kami ng kabayo for only 100 pesos, natawaran namin.. then pagbalik we have our dinner for only 680 pesos good for 5 person na, one big bowl of special bulalo and rice and 1.5 litro na coke, then nagdagdag lang kami sa tour guide namin at sa driver ng jeep ng 200 pesos as a tip after na maihatid ulit nla kami pabalik so all in all ay 3630 pesos for 5 person bale tig 726 lang kami..share ko lang po..thanks

tired kasi mainit eh. you know the sun. lol. i was wearing sneakers that are about to be worn out na. hehe. yeah, may narinig nga ako na may nakakababa talaga dun sa crater though wala akong nakita nung time na yon. probably it’s more expensive no?

ma, you rode a horse but got tired? kaya yan on foot, hiking shoes not needed =) bawal lang ang maarte because the path is sandy and fertilized by the horses, hehe. see my pictures? http://ogram.multiply.com/photos/album/58/Volcanic_Activity

meron nga daw ibang nakakababa sa mismong crater..yun kelangan na ata talaga ng horse because it takes as much time as getting to the view deck part. tara, puntahan natin!!! nga lang, we were told that swimming is not advisable because the temperature of the water varies unpredictably.

i get to see Taal Volcano from a distance from time to time cause I have relatives in Batangas. I always wondered what it was like close up. I checked out some youtube videos before to see what it’s like.

Bakit nga pala may rails ? may viewing deck ? I saw some videos where people were at the foot of the lake inside and kumukulo pa tubig.

Looks like a great adventure. Good thing it was a nice day too for trekking.
